Summer Lodge Pricing:
April to November
$295 per night (1-6 guests): $50 per person per night over two guests and up to 12 guests. (2-night minimum)
$1800 a week (6 night/7 days;1-6 people) $300 per guests per week over two guests and up to 12 guests.
Kids Pricing: 5 years old or younger stay free.
*All holidays have a 4 night minimum.*
We accept all major credit cards. No Pets allowed.
All nightly & weekly rates are subject to a 9% Maine state sales tax.

Winter Lodge Pricing:
December to March
$490 per night (1-6 people); $80 per person per night over six people and up to 12 people.
(3-night min. for non-holiday)
$2900 a week (6 nights/7 Days; 1-6 people) $475 per person per week over six people and up to 12 people.

Deposit:
- 30% deposit on all reservations, to hold dates desired. Balance is due 30 days before arrival. We currently accept all major credit cards. Cash and Checks are not accepted at this time. **Please NOTE: If your deposit is not received within 5 days of the reservation or you fail to make your balance payment on time. WE RESERVE the right to CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION WITHOUT THE DEPOSIT OR ADDITIONAL MONIES BEING RETURNED TO YOU.
- If balance is not paid at the 30 day mark as required, we reserve the right to cancel said reservation without refund.
- $500 security deposit maybe required for groups over 6 guests.
- All nightly and weekly rates are subject to 9% Maine State sales tax.
- Confirmation of your reservation will be made upon the receipt of your deposit, within 5 days of making a telephone reservation. We cannot risk losing a reservation while waiting long periods of time for a deposit.
Cancellation:
- 120 Days or more before arrival, full refund of deposit. Less $100 administrator fee.
- 30-59 Days before arrival, 50% refund of the deposit.
- Less than 30 days before arrival, No refund and no moving of dates to next season/year.
- No refund on Fall accommodations.
- Cancellation due to virus mandated shut down is the same as giving 30-59 days notice.
- Cancellation due to weather/snow, is not refundable. We take a chance of mother nature not cooperating.
